Your RESPONSABILITY

As an EDI Analyst, you will help ensure the smooth operation of our customers’ EDI environments by monitoring data flows, investigating issues, and supporting business-critical integrations.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Monitor EDI transactions and system alerts
  • Investigate and resolve Level 1 support incidents
  • Analyze data exchange issues and identify root causes
  • Communicate with customers and internal technical teams
  • Create, update, and maintain technical documentation
  • Participate in knowledge sharing within the team
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives
  • Escalate complex issues when necessary
  • Ensure SLA compliance

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • 0–3 years of experience in IT Support, Application Support, EDI, ERP, Integration, or similar roles
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good written and spoken English (minimum B2)
  • Ability to work in an international environment
  • Eagerness to learn new technologies

Technical Skills

Knowledge of some of the following is considered an advantage:

  • Electronic Data Interchange (EDI)
  • EDIFACT, X12, XML, CSV
  • SQL
  • Linux
  • REST APIs
  • FTP / SFTP
  • File transfer protocols
  • SAP IDoc
  • Jira, ServiceNow or similar ticketing tools
  • Microsoft Excel
