RESPONSABILITIES

· Kickstart the sales process with active prospecting to grow our lead pipelines.

· Gather detailed information about leads for easier qualification.

· Maintain strong relationships through active follow-ups with leads and existing customers, exploring new business opportunities.

· Meet with prospects, understanding their business processes and pain points to close deals with a long-term vision.

· Attending events to build valuable connections and promote our brand.

· Keep our CRM system updated.

· Stay informed about industry dynamics, Asian market conditions, and our services to identify new opportunities.

· Share insights with the team, keeping them motivated and accountable.

· Suggest and build internal tools for the sales team to enhance efficiency.

· Contribute to growing and coaching the sales force in Thailand.

PROFILE

Qualifications:
Required/Minimum Qualifications

    • 5+ years of experience in Business Development, Marketing, or related fields.
    • Thai with fluent English;Japanese is a plus.
    • Advanced skills in Microsoft PowerPoint.
    • Experience with CRM software.
